La Vie en Rose

I love pink, I love chocolate, and I LOVE champagne. So naturally, Valentine's day is kinda my thing. It isn't customary to buy gifts for your special peep (other than the standard: card, flowers, chocolate), but why not surprise her with something AH-mazing?! I wouldn't mind unwrapping any of these treasures. In fact, I'd be delighted to! (Hint hint wink wink!) See more details below!

  1. This might be my new favorite brand. Seriously. I am a sucker for furry accessories, so this goat hair bag is REALLY speaking to me. The designer, Brother Vellies, is also really big on sustainability, fair wages, and quality handmade products by local artisans in Africa. So while you may have to dip into your paycheck for these babies, at least you know you're supporting a good cause! Oh the things I tell myself to justify expensive goodies...send help!
  2. At the moment, I am LOVING quirky vintage pins. I've been adding them to the pockets of my beloved military jacket from Zara (circa 2011). This one is obviously very fitting for the holiday. And yes, I like love. I like it a lot :)
  3. I've always loved a scalloped hemline, and right now it's having a BIG moment in fashion. And Marysia Swim is the belle of the ball. Their bathing suits are to die for. And while I'm not much of a one-piece gal, I will make an exception for this pretty number.
  4. Mansur Gavriel. Need I say more? This circle purse harks back to the train cases of the 60s. Classic, structured, and oh so chic.
  5. No one does whimsy quite like Jonathan Adler. This match striker is the perfect accessory for that bar cart that needs a little TLC. Trust me.
  6. I own 6 pairs of Loeffler Randall shoes. And just when I thought I maxed out, they come out with these! Shame on them!! The little ruffles, the low chunky heel, the COLOR...I will not resist!
  7. I love, love, love the notebooks from Sloane Stationary. The colors are fantastic, the covers are witty (they even have emoji ones), and the embossed leather is chic and durable.
  8. A cozy cashmere sweater with a whole lot of spunk. Chinti and Parker does cashmere right.
  9. This silk scarf is nothing short of a work of art. I first discovered this designer, CJW, while shopping in Houston and bought the scarf on the spot. If you can't tell, the border is actually fringe-even better!  What a perfect gift for your apres ski bunny!
  10. One of my vintage treasures. I love this brass letter holder for all of your snail mail (and bills bleh!) A great addition to your desk! Only 1 available, so act fast!!
  11. Love this colab between Clare V and Apolis. When I moved to LA I was caught off guard when I had to pay for the disposable grocery bags. I quickly ran out and bought reusable shopping bags. This one is great for errands, grocery shopping, farmer's markets, flea markets, or whatever your little heart desires!
  12. I know, I know, another circle purse?! I really couldn't resist. This wooden purse is versatile, substantial, and definitely worth the $180.
  13. Helfrich Los Angeles is fairly new to the scene and absolutely killing it. I actually own these pink pants (among other things..) and couldn't be more impressed with the look and quality. It's also a MAJOR plus when your favorite lounge pants look (and feel) equally as good with a pair of heels. Brava!
  14. Another beauty from Brother Vellies. These heels are as neutral as it gets, so why not spend the money on shoes you can literally wear with anything? Tory B and Kim K approved.
  15. Because everyone needs an eye mask. Obviously.
  16. The perfect apres ski boot by Penelope Chilvers. You can even switch out the laces for colorful ones to make them super sassy!
  17. I love personalized gifts for my peeps, and Maison Labiche is the place I go for personalized tees and pullovers for men, women, and children. I am particularly picky when it comes to the fit of tees, and this one definitely passes the test.
  18. More vintage treasures! A brass tic tac toe game to add to your tabletop decor. Truly an unexpected gift. Only one left, so get it before the elves do!
